There will now be a little "Nutrition note" listed on most products in the grocery lists either letting you know that a product is "Amanda approved!" or if there are any ingredients listed to be mindful of. Overall, the items chosen on The Fit Foodie grocery lists are healthy and high in quality, but with any processed food it can be hard to 100% avoid additives, gums, fillers, etc.
The brand Absolutely! makes awesome gluten free crackers & flatbreads, as well as coconut macarons and other great products! Every item I've seen from them has clean ingredients and contains no seed oils. Amanda approved!
A great buy! Coconut sugar actually has less actual grams of sugar per tablespoon as compared to cane. Adds a perfect sweetness!

Banza chickpea pasta is an awesome higher-protein pasta substitute that has the texture and cooks exactly like regular pasta! Banza has many different shapes and varieties.
I always recommend stocking up on good frozen fruit for it's long shelf life and not having to worry about fruit going bad before you can use it!

LOVE THIS! Most Kombucha does have added sugar (some more than others - but always much less in comparison to soda or similar!), but these DO NOT have any added sugar! And the taste is amazing. A perfect little pick-me-up, especially for the gut!
