There will now be a little "Nutrition note" listed on most products in the grocery lists either letting you know that a product is "Amanda approved!" or if there are any ingredients listed to be mindful of. Overall, the items chosen on The Fit Foodie grocery lists are healthy and high in quality, but with any processed food it can be hard to 100% avoid additives, gums, fillers, etc.

A great buy at Costco. They also have great cold & ready-made shrimp in the deli department at Costco, but these are typically farm-raised. Wild caught is always a good way to go if possible.

G2G Bars are a tasty, energizing protein bar (packing about 18g each) with a clean ingredient list that you can read. They are a bit more caloric than some of the others on this list (around 300 calories) but perfect for a meal on the go or fueling before a heavy workout! Found online at Costco (not in warehouses currently).
A Costco favorite! A bit on the processed side but overall a great "treat" when you are craving a candy bar but want some protein - contains palm oil which is a better choice for processed vegetable oils but should still be moderated.
